Heartwood Preserve Show Ends

All good things must come to an end, and art exhibits are generally good things.  The Heartwood show was well received, and the opening had a fairly good sized crowd.  The closing reception was sparsely attended due to severe weather including tornado warnings just south of the site.  My last Heartwood show was early in 2020, and we all know how that turned out---closed by Covid a week after commencing.  I think Nature's sense of humor has something to do with both of these closures.  At least I was able to take down the exhibit in a timely manner this time rather than having to wait 4 months to do it.  Oh well.

Next exhibit will be at the East Lake Community Library next November.  In the interim I'll keep painting/printing as well as keeping my wit to the grindstone to keep it sharp as I turn 76 soon.

Wishing you all a happy, healthy spring and summer 2025.  As I do artwork, I'll post it on the website.
